The Ministry of Health, through the Center for Apparatus Competence Development (P2KA), held the CorpU Work Culture Townhall on Monday, March 2, 2026, at the Cikarang Health Training Center (Bapelkes) Campus. This event was organized to accelerate the evaluation of internal work culture transformation and serve as a follow-up to the 2025 Survey Pulse Check results within the Ministry of Health, specifically at the Kemenkes Corporate University Bapelkes Cikarang.

Secretary General Kunta, accompanied by the Head of P2KA and the Head of Bapelkes Cikarang,

conducted an Office Tour to inspect learning infrastructure, laboratories, and public facilities.

Before the main event, Secretary General Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha, joined by the Head of P2KA, Dwi Meilani, and the Head of Bapelkes Cikarang, performed a facility inspection (office tour) throughout the Bapelkes Cikarang Corporate University Campus. This inspection aimed to directly observe the learning infrastructure, laboratory facilities, and the work environment that supports the development of Civil Servant (ASN) competencies within the Ministry of Health

The townhall session was opened by Secretary General Kunta and attended by all Bapelkes Cikarang employees. The proceedings began with a presentation by the Head of Bapelkes Cikarang regarding work culture innovations, specifically Zero Waste Circular Economy (ZWCE) and Tuesday and Thursday (TNT) English Day. These innovations are part of an effort to build a work culture that is adaptive, collaborative, and oriented toward enhancing organizational quality and employee competence.

The program continued with a presentation of the 2025 Survey Pulse Check snapshots by the Head of P2KA, followed by strategic directions and an interactive dialogue with Secretary General Kunta.

In his briefing, Secretary General Kunta emphasized the importance of strengthening Bapelkes Cikarang’s role as the Strategic Campus of the Kemenkes Corporate University. This guidance serves as a roadmap to reposition Bapelkes Cikarang not just as a training organizer, but as a strategic partner for work units to support ASN performance and the success of the Health Transformation. Every competence development program is expected to have a tangible impact on organizational performance and support the Ministry of Health's goal of becoming a superior and impactful learning organization.

Through this activity, participants gained a comprehensive understanding and evaluation of work culture values, environmental awareness, and foreign language skills, as well as leadership's strategic directions for Corporate University development. Besides being a strategic communication space, the event was intended to strengthen the commitment of all employees to maintain good work cultures and encourage the replication of Cikarang CorpU innovations in other Ministry of Health units.

Ultimately, Bapelkes Cikarang is expected to be an engine for driving ASN performance and an accelerator for Health Transformation, contributing significantly to realizing the Ministry of Health as a leading and impactful learning organization.
