In his address, Secretary General Kunta emphasized that organizational reform must be accompanied by changes in the mindset and working methods of all employees. The development of ASN competence through continuous training and learning is a long-term investment in shaping professional, adaptive human resources who are ready to face future organizational challenges.

Secretary General Kunta also emphasized the importance of innovation and adaptation to technological developments to support the implementation of organizational tasks and functions. The utilization of information technology is expected to create more flexible, effective, and efficient work patterns in every work unit.

On the same occasion, the importance of optimizing the management of ministry assets was also discussed so they can be utilized more productively and support sustainable organizational operations. Strengthening coordination and collaboration between work units was also a primary focus to realize a synergistic and impactful work culture.

I would like to convey that coordination and collaboration are very important. Now with so many Gen Z [employees], the work culture must be more open and transparent. We have seven BBPK/Bapelkes centers, and each has its own strengths. We must coordinate with all seven centers so that they complement one another. For example, the library. People here can access the Ciloto library, and vice versa. Within the same space, the number of books is much larger because we share access. These are the kinds of things I mean; coordination and collaboration must continue to improve. Thank you for the welcome, and I see that this is very spirited, truly extraordinary," said Secretary General Kunta, closing the interactive dialogue.

Through this activity, BBPK Makassar is committed to continuously driving the implementation of the CorpU work culture by developing ASN competencies, strengthening cross-unit collaboration, and creating an adaptive and innovative work environment.
