The Ministry of Health, through the Center for Apparatus Competency Development, held a Townhall on CorpU Work Culture on Monday, May 18, 2026, at the DSO building, 2nd floor, of the Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan (BBPK) Ciloto campus. This event was organized to strengthen communication, present work achievements and challenges, and invite active employee participation in performance evaluation. Additionally, it served as a strategic forum for leadership to provide directions and expectations regarding BBPK Ciloto's role as one of the Ministry of Health's Corporate University campuses.
The event was opened by the Secretary General, Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha, accompanied by the Head of the Center for Apparatus Competency Development (P2KA), Dwi Meilani, and was attended by the Head of BBPK Ciloto RR. Dhian Probhoyekti and all employees. Before the interactive dialogue and presentations, the Secretary General and the Head of P2KA conducted an office tour to better understand the environment and facilities at BBPK Ciloto. The Secretary General emphasized that BBPK Ciloto possesses significant asset potential, necessitating innovation and creative ideas to optimize the use of these assets.

The atmosphere was warm during the material presentation sessions and interactive discussions with the employees. The materials presented included a presentation on the agency's profile and achievements by the Head of BBPK Ciloto, a presentation of the Work Culture Pulse Check survey results by the Head of P2KA, as well as directions and insights from the Secretary General.
In his address, Secretary General Kunta appreciated BBPK Ciloto for achieving a 2025 Work Culture Survey score of 3.50, which was the highest within the Ministry of Health's Corporate University environment. He also praised the commitment of the leadership and staff in establishing BBPK Ciloto as a learning organization supported by professional human resources and a conducive learning environment.
"BBPK Ciloto must be able to serve as a role model for the Ministry of Health's ASN work culture, being adaptive, professional, and globally competitive," said Secretary General Kunta.
Through this event, participants gained a deeper understanding of CorpU work culture based on data and practical experience. It is hoped that this activity will serve as a concrete step in strengthening the CorpU work culture within the Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan Ciloto environment.
