The Ministry of Health, through the Center for Human Resources Competency Development (P2KA), held a Corporate University Work Culture Townhall on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the Bapelkes Batam Auditorium. This event was organized to align work culture, strengthen organizational commitment, and support the transformation of Bapelkes as part of the Ministry of Health's Corporate University.
An office tour was conducted at the Bapelkes Batam Skills Lab by Secretary General Kunta Wibawa Dasa Nugraha, accompanied by the Head of P2KA, Mrs. Meilani, the Head of Bapelkes Batam, Mr. Khaerudin, and the Head of Labkesmas Batam, Mr. Ismail.
To begin the activity, Secretary General Kunta and the Head of P2KA, along with the Head of Bapelkes Batam, conducted an Office Tour, visiting the facilities available at Bapelkes Batam such as classrooms, the library, simulation laboratories, and dormitories which support training activities. After the Office Tour, Secretary General Kunta officially opened the event in the Auditorium.
The agenda included a brief profile presentation of Bapelkes Batam by the Head of Bapelkes Batam, the presentation of the Ministry of Health Work Culture "Pulse Check" survey results for the Ministry of Health CorpU Campus unit at Bapelkes Batam by the Head of P2KA, and concluded with directives and an interactive discussion with Secretary General Kunta.

In his remarks, Secretary General Kunta expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome and the enthusiasm shown by all Bapelkes Batam employees during the townhall event, which served as a space for communication, reflection, and the strengthening of the organization's work culture.
Secretary General Kunta also motivated Bapelkes Batam to continue improving and evolving. He encouraged the entire staff to persistently seek new ideas and breakthroughs in training development, including the creation of digital learning that is more engaging, interactive, and capable of increasing participant involvement. Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of optimizing existing assets and infrastructure so they can be utilized productively, provide added value, and serve as an attraction that supports the quality of training and services.
Through this event, participants gained a clearer overview and feedback regarding the shift in work culture toward a Corporate University. It is expected that this activity will have a significant impact on the implementation of the corporate university work culture within the Bapelkes Batam environment.
